It is a requirement that parents fill out medication forms for their children to receive medication at school. These forms are available for you to fill out in the front office. Medications for students are stored in the Administration Building in a locked cabinet. If your child has an allergy; asthma or any other medical conditions please make sure that you inform the front office staff so that we can put in place appropriate medical action plans.
If your child is required to take medication at school in a “one off” situation please bring the medication to the front office and fill in an Administration of Medication form. Medication is NOT to be taken to classrooms or left in student’s bags.
